Kugler Engineering consists of a team of professional, experienced and dedicated people specialising in climate control solutions for large volume open plan buildings. Project applications range across the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. Working closely with our UK partners Jet Environmental Systems Limited we utilise the latest Air Induction technology to provide cost-effective, energy efficient solutions. Our installations range from pharmaceutical warehouses to Churches, from large Distribution Centres to Gymnasiums. In fact any large open space from 2.5m to 40m high with a floor area of 1000 mē to over 30,000 mē.

We offer a turn key service taking each project from initial design right through to system commissioning and final handover. With in excess of sixty Kugler Jet Induction Systems installed in Ireland now, we have considerable experience in designing the most efficient solution and installing it on time and within budget. We achieve this by paying attention to detail at design stage, producing accurate co-ordinated scale drawings and diligent project management of the installation.

A significant number of our systems are found in the Pharmaceutical sector where we provide cooling and ventilation to product storage areas which must comply with IMB (Irish Medicines Board), EU and FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) regulations. On several installations, we have carried out three-dimensional temperature mapping as part of the system validation.

Our Jet Induction Systems are often retrofitted in place of an existing inefficient or ineffective heating / cooling system. In such cases, we will carry out a full energy performance assessment comparing the running costs of existing inefficient system with the new Jet Induction System.
